Returns & Exchanges — Store Credit Only

At House of NoLi, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How Returns Work

  • To return an item, please contact us at houseofnoli@gmail.com to receive a return authorization and instructions.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit equal to the purchase price (excluding shipping).
  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase at House of NoLi.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for store credit to be issued.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for store credit and place a new order for the desired product.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
