Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders quickly to get them out to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change, email us at houseofnoli@gmail.com within 24 hours — we’ll do our best to help!
Can I apply a discount code after I’ve ordered?
Discounts must be applied at checkout. Unfortunately, we’re not able to apply codes retroactively.
📦 Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Transit time depends on your selected shipping method and location.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer international shipping at this time!
👕 Sizing & Fit
How do I know what size to order?
Each product has a size guide listed on the product page. Our styles are designed to have a slightly relaxed, easy fit. Still unsure? Email us — we’re happy to help you choose the right size.
What if something doesn’t fit?
No worries! As long as your item is eligible for return, you can send it back for store credit. See our full Returns & Exchange Policy for details.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, simply return your original item for store credit and place a new order.
